The system offers the best characteristics of removable fins, while providing better performance than "glass-on fins".

Base - The keel fits onto the board along the entire base. This increases fixation by 60% compared to normal plugs.

Beading - The beading around the box creates a surface that reinforces the bond to the fiberglass, which is where the board's strength comes from.
